Hi, I’m Angela.
The best approach isn’t the most extreme. It’s the one you can build your life around.
That belief shapes the way I train, the way I coach, and the way I live.
Before becoming a coach, I spent over a decade building a career in capital markets.
I grew up in Canada, where I completed dual degrees in Mathematics and Business Administration before starting my career on the trading floor of a Canadian investment bank. That career brought me to Singapore, where I earned my CFA charter and went on to become a Director.
During that time, I developed a way of thinking that continues to shape my coaching today: stay curious, think analytically, understand the “why,” and focus on long-term outcomes rather than quick fixes.
At the same time, strength training became a constant in my own life.
Years of pursuing ambitious fitness and bodybuilding goals alongside a demanding banking career taught me lessons I couldn’t have learned any other way.

Why coaching?
Looking back, I realize I’ve always gravitated towards conversations about health, movement, training, and nutrition.
Over time, I realized I enjoyed not only learning these topics, but helping others understand them too.
Today, coaching allows me to combine analytical thinking with something even more meaningful: helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident in themselves.
How I coach
Whether your goal is to lose fat, build muscle, feel stronger, improve your technique, or simply move with greater confidence, my role is to meet you where you are.
My coaching is…
Some days we’ll celebrate personal bests. Other days we’ll adapt around poor sleep, stress, or a busy week. Because progress isn’t about following the perfect plan - it’s about continuing to move forward.
I’d love to help you build a version of health and strength that fits your life.
Today, training, nutrition, and looking after my health have become a natural part of my life.
That’s something I feel incredibly grateful to share with others.
